Job Description

Job Summary

The FB Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Food Beverage department, ensuring excellent guest service, high-quality food and beverage standards, and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating between kitchen, service, and management teams to ensure smooth and effective FB service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of cafe
Assist in staff training, supervision, and scheduling to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all FB areas.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support promotional and marketing activities for FB offerings.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements for service and menu offerings.
Generate reports related to sales, expenses, and customer satisfaction for management.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in FB or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of FB operations, including service standards and food safety.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience
